A Notice of Intended Marriage form is required to be signed no more than 18 months and no less than one month and one day of the ceremony. Please complete the relevant information, print and have it ready on our first meeting for signing. I will require seeing either original or extract of Birth Certificates on our first meeting. In the case of previous marriages, I will require to see evidence of divorce documentation or death certificate of previous deceased partner. To ensure that there are no legal issues that would affect your marriage; I will provide the Form 14 Declarations for each of you to sign, closer to the wedding date. On your Wedding day, there will be three certificates to sign, 2 official Marriage Certificates (one to be sent to the Births, Deaths and Marriages and one for my records) and one Presentation Certificate for you. Two witnesses over the age of 18 are required to sign the certificates on the day. Please let me know of their full names. |
